If you're just dying to see the 2010 Mirraco bikes and cannot wait for them to show up on the new Mirraco website, we've got two hints for you:
If you've been waiting to step into Dave Mirra's shoes in a video game you might want to check out the new DIRT 2 game. Feel what it's like to be Dave and make sure you beat his competition.
Maxime Charveron from France got himself a new sponsor: G-Shock watches. The first full page ad appeared in the September-October issue of Cream magazine that you can see below.
Oliver Henrion had a question on the rear hub of a Blend 16 bike and sent in a few photos of his son Finn riding at the local park. From the looks of it 6 years old Finn is getting rad on his Mirraco bike.
So far this year Alessandro Barbero has won 5 out of the 5 Fise Experience tour stops in France. The grand overall prize is a brand new FIAT car and the Italian Mirraco rider is well on his way to take those keys at the end of the series.

During the Interbike show in Las Vegas Vital BMX did a little clip on Lenny Westfall's new bike. Lenny goes through all the new parts on his green and purple ride. To see the movie, hit the following link:
Although there was no specific Mirraco booth at the 2009 Interbike show in Las Vegas you still had a chance to see a 2010 Blend model (at the SST booth) and run into the Mirraco staff. Maybe you also got a chance to talk to Nigel Sylvester and Dave Mirra who were in town as well. Anyway, Interbike 2009 is now over. Be on the lookout for a new website that will show the complete 2010 range soon.
Enjoy this new Nigel Sylvester Nike 6.0 commercial. Are there really two Nigels? Does he have a twin brother or does the clip involve some trick editing? What's your guess?

It takes some effort to keep up with all the communication possibilities today. Sure we have a website, but that is not always enough. We've been running a Mirraco Myspace account, we've got a profile on Vital BMX, a Twitter account, Freecaster video channel, and just recently we added a Facebook profile to the Mirraco network.
The 2010 Mirraco street models have been going extremely well. Here's an ad for the Luxstar model. Visit your local Mirraco dealer to see if they have any left.
The high altitude Dew Tour stop in SLC took place in the heat. It was rough on the riders and pulling a 60 second run together was a task on its own. Staying on doing your thing was a challenge and Dave Mirra's first run fell apart making his second run an important one. Dave held on during that run and scored 6th place points which puts him in second place in the standings going into the final Dew Tour stop in Florida.

Alessandro Barbero, Andrew Buckworth, and Ryan Guettler were not the luckiest riders today during the Park qualifying competition in Salt Lake City. Neither one of them transferred to the finals. Even Austin Coleman could not take his Mirraco bike to the main event. This leaves Dave Mirra representing the brand by himself tomorrow.
So we have not only changed things up this year with the street bikes. We have completely redone the whole line with plenty of help from Dave Mirra, Nigel Sylvester, Ryan Guettler and all the other team riders! Now available the Fivestar, Icon, Gargoyle and Mainline are hitting dealer’s floors across the US. These bikes Range from a low $309 to $489 with the Mainline model.
The Gargoyle is our $349 price point bike that features a 5-tube CRMO frame with a sealed MID BB and 3pc CRMO cranks. This bike has plastic pedals, 8” tall bars and comes with a 28x10t gear ratio which makes it an awesome bike for any rider looking to hit up the trails for a long day or just to ride the local park!
Dave Mirra recently got interviewed for Deseret News before going into the Salt Lake City Dew Tour.
On Thursday the 3rd stop of the 2009 Dew Tour started in Salt Lake City with the dirt qualifiers. Unfortunately Ryan Guettler did not transfer to the finals in Dirt but there's still the Park discipline for him, Andy Buckworth, Alessandro Barbero and Dave Mirra.
We're looking for new artwork for Mirraco t-shirts. We'll print the single best design in our Spring 2010 apparel collection, and the top-three artists will receive a Black Label parts kit and Mirraco T-shirt for their efforts. All artwork must be vector-based Illustrator files using spot colors (no PhotoShop docs), and submitted as PDF. If you don't understand what that is, we can't consider your designs for the contest. Your design must feature the Mirraco M-Star logo. Click here to download a Mirraco logo sheet.
Italian Mirraco rider Alessandro Barbero has arrived at Woodward West in preparation of the upcoming Dew Tour stop in Salt Lake City this upcoming weekend. Dave Mirra, Ryan Guettler and Andy Buckworth will be the other Mirraco riders there.

Learn more about the 2010 line of Mirraco bikes in the interview that ESPN.com did with Jim Ford. It touches interesting areas.
If you are at the Eurobike show at the moment make sure you stop by the La Finca booth to see the awesome 2010 Mirra Bike Co. line. If you ask to see more, they'll take you to the special room. This is your chance to see the new bikes as they will not be displayed at Interbike this year.
Watch Alessandro Barbero ride in the following clip. It was filmed at the Extreme Playgrounds contest in Pinneberg last weekend where he finished third. Check the cancan flair, the flair whip and the 3-double whip over the spine. Plus all his other moves.
Francois Vernus of DataBMX/Sunex made a video clip of the Twenty Jam. It also involves Maxime Charveron doing a 3-whip off of a wooden wedge ramp over a little bar. Pretty crazy.
