Mirraco customers from Germany

Oliver Henrion had a question on the rear hub of a Blend 16 bike and sent in a few photos of his son Finn riding at the local park. From the looks of it 6 years old Finn is getting rad on his Mirraco bike.

But Finn has some competition coming, his three year old brother Stian just got a Mirraco Apprentice 12 last Saturday. Just give him a couple of years....

Thanks for the support guys! Ride on.

Interbike 2009

Although there was no specific Mirraco booth at the 2009 Interbike show in Las Vegas you still had a chance to see a 2010 Blend model (at the SST booth) and run into the Mirraco staff. Maybe you also got a chance to talk to Nigel Sylvester and Dave Mirra who were in town as well. Anyway, Interbike 2009 is now over. Be on the lookout for a new website that will show the complete 2010 range soon.

In the meantime you can visit a Mirraco dealer and grab a 2010 catalog/poster to see what will be coming very soon. With a bit of luck they will have some new models on the shop floor already.

Mirra Bike Co on Facebook

It takes some effort to keep up with all the communication possibilities today. Sure we have a website, but that is not always enough. We've been running a Mirraco Myspace account, we've got a profile on Vital BMX, a Twitter account, Freecaster video channel, and just recently we added a Facebook profile to the Mirraco network.

We're just making sure that you receive the message, no matter what form of communication you're using.

So we have not only changed things up this year with the street bikes. We have completely redone the whole line with plenty of help from Dave Mirra, Nigel Sylvester, Ryan Guettler and all the other team riders! Now available the Fivestar, Icon, Gargoyle and Mainline are hitting dealer’s floors across the US. These bikes Range from a low $309 to $489 with the Mainline model.

The base model Icon and Fivestar bikes are perfect for the younger rider looking for a bike they fit on and can go shred with all the components necessary. These bikes feature CRMO top and down tubes and CRMO fork legs to shed weight and improve strength. They also come with 3pc cranks and some awesome paintjobs!

The Gargoyle is our $349 price point bike that features a 5-tube CRMO frame with a sealed MID BB and 3pc CRMO cranks. This bike has plastic pedals, 8” tall bars and comes with a 28x10t gear ratio which makes it an awesome bike for any rider looking to hit up the trails for a long day or just to ride the local park!

One of our higher end bikes, the Mainline is Harry Main’s design! This bike retails at $489 and has all the specs to back it up, not to mention the sick colors it comes in. This bike has a full CRMO frame, fork and bars. The frame features a 20.4” TT and has compact 13.25” rear end. This enables the rider to spin, flip and manual easier and also offers the younger rider a high end complete bike that will fit them great! Having double walls rims, a sealed headset and MID BB with a pivotal seat combo make this bike one of the most affordable/dialed bikes on the market for any rider.

Maxime at the Twenty Jam.

Francois Vernus of DataBMX/Sunex made a video clip of the Twenty Jam. It also involves Maxime Charveron doing a 3-whip off of a wooden wedge ramp over a little bar. Pretty crazy.

Look if you can catch the trick in the following VIDEO. His name is listed so that will help.
