The definition of being a BMX pro doesn't really exist. To some it's winning pro contests living off of the competition prize purses. To others it's riding the trails every day living on the dole. But being "on salary" gets you closer to the pro status. Nigel Sylvester has reached that status not by winning contests, but by being professional and following his heart.
