In Europe Disney's XD channel got launched at the beginning of the year. It caters to the younger riders out there but it's good to see they're using "extreme sports" rather than soccer, tennis and field hockey to get the kids glued to the TV. BMX is one of the bigger parts of the show and in Italy they got in touch with Mirraco rider Alessandro Barbero. Watch the clip that made it to the Youtube channel. That's Ale with the orange hat and yes, he's wearing make up during the TV production.
Barbero is now at Woodward West enjoying the dry indoor ramps.
